Pickup & Delivery
Order online for in-store or curbside pickup. Local delivery is available to many downtown Charlottesville, VA neighborhoods. Orders must be received by 12:00 noon for same day delivery service.
Self Service Dog Wash Stations
We provide big roomy tubs with ramps, a dryer, shampoo, brushes and ear cleaner to get your dog super fresh and clean! Plus a waterproof apron to keep you dry! If you have more than one dog, bring a handler with you to hold the one not being bathed. Due to liability children under age 12 may not be in the self service dog wash area or left in the store unattended.

Walk In Grooming Services
Pet Care Services such as Nail Trims, Teeth Brushing, Anal Glands Check, Face Trims, Sanitary Trims, Paw Hair Trims are available by walk in, based on groomer availability. During busy times, there may be a wait for walk in services. Reservations for services are always welcome.

Full Grooming Services
Available by appointment only Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 - 4:00. Our groomers are skilled in the most popular breeds of family pets. We also offer hand-stripping for terrier breeds, which is a highly skilled craft.
Please note that during the pandemic, the increase in dog ownership combined with the high number of groomers who left their profession entirely, have made for longer wait times than we desire. We are very happy to put new clients on our waiting list and your patience during this time is appreciated. We will do all we can to accommodate your grooming requests in a timely manner.
