What is Animal Connection’s return policy?
We’re sorry if you’re not happy with any of our products and would appreciate it if you’d let us know within 3-7 days of original purchase. Please make sure you have your store receipt and credit card receipt ready as proof of purchase.
Any pet food, treat, chew or consumable product must be returned with store receipt and original packaging showing the UPC code so it can be reconciled with the suppler.
Let us know right away if your collar, sweater or coat doesn’t fit and we’ll exchange for the right size. Alternatively , we’ll accept your item for store credit, provided all tags are on the item and there are no visible signs of dirt, hair, wear and tear.
Because of transmittable fleas and skin conditions, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any bedding product.
Although we try to source the toughest toys in the industry, some dogs are just plain determined! Give us a call and we’ll offer an exchange for any product that didn’t meet your pet’s needs.

We make regular donations of pet food and products to local pet rescues. We also operate a free pet food pantry for community members who at times need financial assistance.
