Replacement packs for the BayDog Arctic Bay Cooling Collars (available on this web site) provide two hours of cooling. The packs must remain in the cooling collar when in use, never place the cooling packs directly against the dog's skin. Not for use with hairless dogs. Remove the collar once the cooling effect has worn off.
NOTE:
